Proximity Scanner

The Proximity Scanner is intended for use by PG&E employees and contract-staff. The app uses your phone's GPS to verify WDR permit coverage and local contaminated site locations. It considers the extent of each Regional Water Quality Control Board and the contaminated sites (Government-listed hazardous materials sites) within PG&E's service area in California. The Proximity Scanner App is to be used in conjunction with the Vault Dewatering form as part of the vault dewatering procedure and helps PG&E Employees and Contractors determine if clean vault water may be discharged to land in certain locations after land owner approval is received and documented.
